Josh Hamilton Trade Rumors: Could the Rangers deal their RF? According to Nick Cafardo of The Boston Globe, scouts are watching right fielder Josh Hamilton in case the Texas Rangers entertain the thought of trading him before the end of Spring Training. One National League scout said, “Everybody in Texas denies it, and I don’t know what to base it on, but there’s a feeling the Rangers may do something, and teams want to be ready.’’ Hamilton, 28, hit 10 home runs and drove in 54 RBIs in 89 games with the Texas Rangers last season.
